Jennifer Needham, Realtor®
Florida has and always will be my home. I grew up in Hillsborough County where I attended elementary, high school and eventually college. Florida is where all of the people and places I hold dear reside.
Upon my graduation from USF, where I earned a degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Advertising, I set off on an adventure to Chicago, IL. It was a complete departure from all that I knew. Some (ok, many) people told me I was crazy for leaving this paradise where I had family, friends, connections and perhaps most importantly — year-round, warm weather.
And they were partially right. I was crazy for leaving those things, but I was also passionate about honing the craft I studied in college alongside the industry’s best. My goal was to become a true marketing professional.
Over the next 14 years, I accomplished my goal. I was fortunate enough to work for some of the biggest names in the ad world, including FCB (now Draft FCB) and Leo Burnett, serving in an account management role on high-profile brands including Taco Bell/KFC, McDonald’s, Delta Faucet and DeVry University. My agency mentors and colleagues taught me to run a tight, organized ship, be a fierce negotiator and advocate for my clients, think outside of the box and inspire to get results.
Personally and professionally, my experience was invaluable. But ultimately, the “sunny life” kept calling me. I missed my family, old friends and the beach. So, after much deliberation, I returned home where I continued marketing for my family’s business.
Over the next couple of years, I absolutely fell in love with Florida again. I lived in Pasco and eventually settled in Pinellas county and made the decision to open my own real business that allows me to
- Sell and promote Florida!
- Make a difference, by helping others achieve their goals
- Set and maintain my own high standard of excellence, built on integrity and honesty.
Today, my family and I live in Delightfully Different Dunedin, FL. In my spare time you can find me exploring Florida, riding the Pinellas Trail to some of my favorite downtown haunts, scuba diving, boating, cooking, researching the market or finding new home listings!
